“ Took Mom out for Mother’s day supper. Grainfields, having been around for so many years, impressed me with presentation, environment/ambiance (quiet and cozy) and price. Compliments to the great tasting food and great service!! We were amazed. My mom’s pork cutlets had mushroom chunks (not canned) she enjoyed it. The gravy on my Salisbury steak tasted homemade, I never eat gravy cause it tastes fake!! I’m just amazed at how well the restaurant has held up considering the years it’s been open. Restaurants have a tendency to go down hill after that many years- NOT Grainfields!! ”

“ Grainfields is a solid pic for a family restaurant. No matter how long the line is it’s always a reasonable wait to get a table. Tables are sanitized between each guest. I had concerns about their menu because it’s huge. However, everything I’ve ordered has been spot on. Breakfast, dinner...doesn’t matter. I’ve shown up with my family and groups of 10 and the service is always good. The food is good...not fantastic but it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg either which makes it incredibly good value. I’ve been to Grainfields at least a dozen times and they are very consistent. ”

The atmosphere is kind of empty, probably because it's an older restaurant, and most of the patrons are 60 and above. The service is excellent and I have no complaints.
